Martlett Court Co-operative Ltd are looking for a co-ordinator - £12,000 for 20 hours per week
We are a Tenant Management Organisation situated in Covent Garden in the heart of the West End.
There are 125 flats on the estate that are a mixture of Westminster tenants and lessee owned properties.
- The Co-ordinator's duties are wide ranging, they are broadly spread across three main areas:
- dealing with residents' queries regarding properties on the Estate
- liaising with Westminster City Council and our Maintenance Sub-Committee concerning general maintenance and day to day repairs
- office administration
We are looking for someone who has experience in housing, a common-sense approach to problem solving and who is enthusiastic and able to work on their own initiative. The applicant should have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
