Seven Dials Housing Co-operative Ltd has worked tirelessly for nearly two decades in the Covent Garden area. We house local families, childless couples and single people in permanent, managed and short life housing. Like CGCA we operate for, and on behalf of, the local population. Through changing times it is groups like ours that seek to maintain a harmonious element of community and local business in a busy central London location. This commitment has seen Seven Dials Housing expanding to accommodate the increased need for households.

With the recent publication of our Development prospectus we are looking forward to working with new housing providers and maintaining our commitment to those we currently operate with. The measure of this perseverance has seen our relationship with Soho Housing Association, Community Housing Association and The Peabody Trust blossom.

The changing social structure and consequently ever-expanding need for housing means that Seven Dials Co-op will be working hard at every level to respond to that need. It is also important to thank the many volunteers who give much of their time and energy to help run organisations like CGCA and Seven Dials. It is their resolve that ensures our survival. Seven Dials Housing Co-op congratulates the CGCA, its members and staff on another year of dedicated service to the community and wish them every success for the future.
