Covent Garden London
The heart of London's West End
Covent Garden May Fayre
The Covent Garden May Fayre and Puppet Festival will this year be held on Sunday 13th May in its usual location: the garden of St Paul's Church, Bedford Street, WC2.
The day will start with a colourful procession at 10:30 and a special service in honour of Mr Punch at 11:30. There will be lots of Punch & Judy shows and other puppet shows until 17:30 to amuse young and old.
Stalls and tables will line the paved area in the church yard - there will be information stands, brick-a-brack tables, a flower stall, jumble sales and refreshments. The Covent Garden Community Association is expected to have a large jumble sale stall and will be selling plants and flowers to raise money for its community work in Covent Garden.
This year's May Fayre will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Covent Garden Community Association.
