BOC Covent Garden Festival of Opera & Music Theatre
This annual 3 week extravaganza of music and opera will take place between 17th May and 5th June in a variety of venues around Covent Garden. More than 100 performances will take place in the cultural heart of London in venues as diverse as Bow Street Magistrates' Court, St Paul's Church, the Peacock Theatre, Freemasons' Hall and the Talk of London.
The Festival is THE opportunity for young stars of the future to perform in Covent Garden. It will also feature The Kings Consort, The Sixteen, the BBC Concert Orchestra, the Soglasie Male Voice Choir of St Petersburg and many others.
The 1999 Festival looks set to be another exciting array of events. Prices vary, depending on the venue and the work that is being performed. Tickets start at £ and can be obtained from Ticketmaster Ticket Centres, by telephone or through the Festival's website.
