CGCA Questionnaire 1999

The Covent Garden Community Association (CGCA) is seeking the views of its members on the services it provides and on the neighbourhood as a whole.

We would be very grateful if you would take the time to complete as many of the following questions as possible. Your views are important to us, as they will help us to deliver advice and services better tailored to the needs of the local community. Your feed-back will also help us in our applications for funding to Camden and Westminster City Councils, and to other potential funders.

You don't have to answer all the questions if you don't wish to, but the more you tell us about how we perform and what you would like the CGCA to concentrate on in the future, the better we can provide services that are of benefit to you.

As an incentive, there will be a PRIZE DRAW in which all completed questionnaires received by 31/01/2000 will be entered - see last page for details (all prizes generously donated by local businesses).
