I N V I T A T I O N
You are cordially invited to the 28th Annual General Meeting of the
Covent Garden Community Association on Tuesday 13th June 2000.
The meeting will be held in the new Studio Theatre, Royal Opera House,
Bow Street, London WC2 and will start at 19:00 hrs.
Doors open at 18:15 hrs and refreshments will be available.
Entry is FREE and everyone is welcome.
Our guest speaker this year will be the Academy Award winning SAM MENDES,
who will speak about his work at the Donmar Warehouse Theatre in Covent
Garden and 'American Beauty'.
If you are free on Tuesday evening and are interested in Covent Garden, do
join us for an interesting event and meet Sam Mendes over a glass of wine.

Covent Garden Flower Festival:
The annual Flower Festival is due to take place between 18th and
25th June 2000. The Covent Garden area will be transformed into a
sea of flowers and colours, with various themed gardens on the Piazza
and lots of colourful window boxes and hanging baskets all over
Covent Garden. Look out for the special flower displays and
exhibitions. A great FREE event.
