Kenneth Peters

Although no longer resident in the Covent Garden area, Ken remains actively involved both with CGCA and several other organisations in Camden. During his seven year residency in the area Ken become involved with the tenants association of the block where he lived with his wife Cathy, who retains a close local connection with her job at the Campaign for Learning.Ken, an accountant by profession, has been CGCA Treasurer for just over a year now and previously chaired the Residents and Environment Sub-committee as well as being a regular contributor to the Planning and Licensing Committee.Away from the CGCA, Ken has a strong interest in housing. He is in his second year as Chair of the Camden Federation of Tenants and Residents Associations (CFTRA) and is also a board member of a small, specialist housing association. When not involved in these activities, Ken can be found indulging in his old hobby, fitness training, at Jubilee Hall or developing his rediscovered talents on a bicycle, exploring the by-ways of east and central London.
