Edward de Mesquita

Edward's associations with Covent Garden started when his family had a fruit wholesale business in Shelton Street, with over fifty fruit shops around London. He recently had a Crèperie in Neal's Yard as well as his crèperie in Hampstead which has been in business over twenty years and appears in many international guide books. Edward believes in the philosophy that businesses in the leisure industry can work in harmony with local residents and that there is no need for conflict when the business is run properly. His track record in creating a business which is truly part of the community is living proof of this.

Edward has many interests including sailing, playing the piano, foreign languages and international politics.
